First battery was delivered to the wrong address then I was asked to try my neighbours so l tried was not taken in by them then you send me a photo of someone taking the battery in no door number or face in the photo then you send me a photo of my house and my neighbours from a picture off the Internet which was 2 years old saying it was delivered to a brown door which I thought was very bad by yourselves never got original battery so you sent another one but obviously it took 3 days rather than the usual next day

I was recommended to you by a motorcyclist friend after the battery on my motorcycle failed. Very impressed with your website and it's ease of use and the way I was able to choose the correct battery using my registration number. I went for a premium product which in fact wasn't as expensive as I had feared. Delivery by DPD was, as always by them, excellent. I ordered in the afternoon and next day it was in and operating. This was purchased as a replacement battery for my Hyundai 3300 generator as the old one had a dead cell. As it's an infrequently used device I connected some external chargimng leads so that I can keep it topped up ensuring it will work on the starter when needed. I've always used Yuasa batteries in my motorbikes as well and they are top quality parts and last for years.
